STB stands behind the bodies it builds. Your warranty terms are provided with your written quote and purchase documents, so the coverage you see matches the truck you buy.
Making a warranty claim
Use the contact form and include your company name, the truck, the date you took delivery and a description of the issue. Photos help. The STB team will follow up with next steps.
Chassis and installed equipment
The chassis and installed equipment such as the hoist, tarp system and liftgate may be covered by their manufacturers' warranties rather than by STB. STB will point you to the right contact when a claim belongs with a component manufacturer.
